DUMPED AT THE SHELTER BECAUSE HE HAS A RASH ON HIS NECK 3-yrs-old boxer faced Hunter found himself at the shelter’s chaotic and filthy environment because he had a rash on his neck. That’s how much his previous owners cared about him. Instead of taking him to the vet, they took the easiest and the ugliest step and dumped him at the shelter. Hunter lived with teenager and a kid, he’s housetrained, he barks other dogs but is NOT aggressive, ignores cats, friendly with strangers, friendly and tolerates children, knows few commands. He spend only 4 hours alone (and it used to be in the crate –outside) so you can only imagine how scared he must be at the shelter. Hunter didn’t want to leave his kennel when he was left at the shelter because he was terrified but he did well on his behavioral exam, but because he was very scared, it’s recommended to contact RESCUES if you’d like to ADOPT/FOSTER Hunter!
