DUST IN THE WIND I am reading a book by Dr. David Jerimiah - TopicsExpress

DUST IN THE WIND I am reading a book by Dr. David Jerimiah called 31 Days to Happiness-Searching for Heaven on Earth....Is it possible to have heaven on earth...I do believe so....It amazes me when I am at the beach or in the mountains, by a stream or see a sunrise or sunset. Looking at the majesty of Gods creations and all what is beautiful to the human eye, is nothing compared to our heavenly home. I know for me, my eyes and senses have become clearer over my 53 years. Days gone by, memories of good and not so good. Everything behind me is dust and in front of me is HOPE...Solomon had everything and was extremly wealthy, but towards the end of his life he was without God...sin had wound tight around heart. When I think of that I think of big cities, dirty allie ways, piles of garbage sights....Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 1:6Living Bible (TLB) 3-7 For what does a man get for all his hard work? Generations come and go, but it makes no difference.[a] The sun rises and sets and hurries around to rise again. The wind blows south and north, here and there, twisting back and forth, getting nowhere.* The rivers run into the sea, but the sea is never full, and the water returns again to the rivers and flows again to the sea . . . He was in a desperate situation...lost from God...hopelessness controlled his heart & mind. He was not communing with God. He was miserable...seperation from God feels awful. Ive had many times I have felt that way....I know you have too...But we dont have to stay in the dark pit, we can arise and find light through Jesus. Dr. David Jerimiah quoted a song from the 1970s by the group Kansas..Dust in the Wind...a very sad song, but so very true to many. I dont want to live each day without HOPE....There are days that we feel so discouraged that we ask ourselves, why am I here, what is my purpose? Your purpose is valuable. God created you for greatness, He created you to be a world changer, He has commisioned us all to be light in this dark world. so many chose the dark, because it seems easier, but in reality it is filled with sorrow and regret. We can not change our past, but we can have HOPE for the future. This song sums it up how lost people feel....Gods biggest desire is for you to be HAPPY....FULL OF JOY...FULL OF PRAISE....TODAY CHOSE NOT TO BE DUST IN THE WIND!! LIVE IN FREEDOM!! Blessings...Kimi youtu.be/_Vl3lydJy9s Kansas - Dust In The Wind ...with Lyrics Thanks for watching...
