DUTCH PEOPLE ! find out for me please. thank you this Dutch American Friendship Treaty costs 5,000 euros invested in a dutch bank account + 1,000 euros hire a lawyer put everything together for me. + 4,000 euros be enough to find me a place to rent privately in netherlands somewhere. 1 month , 1 month deposit and security deposit to secure apartment in netherlands ? i rather stay and live in belgium or germany. be much cheaper i think but i do not know if i can live in belgium or germany and get my dutch american treaty there or will i have to find apartment and address in the netherlands first ? i think that will be hard because i would have to sign 1 year contract for apartment in the netherlands and not be able to leave to live in another country until contract over ? i also need to find out if i need a resident address in netherlands to renew my Dutch american friendship treaty each year ? or can i renew it while living in belgium or germany ? can i just have 1 i address in belgium only and be able to renew Dutch american friendship treaty ? that the question i need to find out. i need to know if i need an address in netherlands to obtain a DAFT and need a permanent address in the netherlands to renew my DAFT each year or if can i just go to belgium and apply dutch american friendship treaty there ? see this why i need a lawyer but if you know the answers the be great ! thank you
