DVD Scam by hipdvd.co.uk I ordered box sets of Hawaii Five 0 from this company at a standard UK retail price, same price that Id pay on Amazon for example (but Amazon dont have the later Hawaii Five-O series that I want). hipdvd.co.uk promise that they provide high quality legal DVDs that come from the USA. My DVDs came from China and are all clearly pirated copies of the TV series! The recording quality is appalling, the packaging is in clear plastic folder and the DVDs are in old video boxes. There is no original covers and nothing on the DVD to indicate that they are legit. I emailed hipdvd.co.uk right away and asked for a refund and of course they have ignored me! Their website says they will refund with no quibbles and they promise a professional, courteous service - of course its all a lie. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE and if anyone can help me get my money back please let me know. I have reported the company to Crimestoppers but I doubt they will do anything about it. I need my money back and to alert others not to touch this company with a barge pole!
