***DWAYNE UPDATE**** Just talked to the trauma team and they are most concerned about his lungs and arteries. They cant perform the surgeries on his back until hes more stable. The things we do know for sure is that he is paralyzed from the waist down, his spinal cord is severed, he has two fractures in his neck, broken ribs, both lungs collapsed, and kidney damage. For right now they think he will be able to pull through, but that depends on his lung functions and arterial stenosis. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. P.S. Im sure when he wakes up hes gonna correct every spelling and grammatical error in this post.
