DWNGISTS: A 41-year-old man was arrested after castrating a paraplegic man during an argument over a woman. Edgar Bonilla was visiting a woman at an assisted living home for people with disabilities in Philadelphia when he got into an argument with another one of the residents. Bonilla then stabbed the 43-year-old male resident multiple times and cutting off his genitals. Arrested: Edgar Bonilla, 41, is charged with attempted murder following his attack on a paraplegic man. The victim, who has not been named, is said to be in a coma in critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
