Da Waaagh Club is proud to present Da Mini Waaagh Warhammer 40K Tournament at Dundracon 2015. This is a (3) round tournament to be played with a maximum 1,500 pt army list. As the tournament is limited by space provided by Dundracon, please reserve a spot by first registering for Dundracon and then by emailing your army list to me, Dan Benavidez at: grotmaster@yahoo Your army list must be in a word, excel, or PDF file form and sent at least one week before the tournament. If we surpass the space capacity of 24 players and we are not given more room to add players, then priority will be given to those that do the following: 1. Dundracon registration 2. Reserved spot for the tournament through Dundracon 3. Reserved spot for the tournament through me 4. Submittal of army list one week prior to the tournament Create an army of no more than 1,500 points with one (1) Standard Force Organization chart. Allies, fortifications, and Forgeworld rules will not be allowed. Characters are allowed per the codex rules and limitations. Only current Codices legal under 6th edition will be accepted: Imperial Guard, Space Marines, Dark Angels, Space Wolves, Blood Angels, Black Templars, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Orks, Chaos Space Marines, Chaos Daemons, Tyranids, Necrons, Tau, Grey Knights, and Sisters of Battle (PDF). Games-Workshop FAQs updating the Codicies for 6th edition will be enforced. These FAQs can be found on the Games-Workshop homepage. What to Bring: rule book, army codex, current FAQs for games rules and codex rules, tape measure, dice, templates, army, and at least (5) copies of your army list. Tournament scoring will be based on the following: Battle Points Army Appearance Sportsmanship Battle Points are the accumulation of the Victory Points earned by each player over the three rounds of play. Army Appearance will be scored by the voting of the tournament players and judges. Sportsmanship will be scored based on ranking of the opponents played over the course of the (3) round tournament. Awards will be given in the following categories: Best General: Best record over the course of the tournament with accumulation of Victory Points being the tie-breaker. Best Army: Player with the most points accumulated for army appearance voting with voting from judges as the tie-breaker. Best Sportsman: Player with the most points accumulated from opponents played with accumulation of Victory Points being the tie-breaker. Overall Champion: Highest total of accumulated points with the Sportsmanship score being the tie-breaker. Other Rules: In order to qualify for any of the prizes, your army must be fully based, assembled, and painted with at least (3) different colors. Primer will not qualify as a color. What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG). If you wish to use an item, it must be represented on the figure. Army list choices whose models arent available must be converted. Remember, if you are in doubt about a conversion you have done, you probably shouldnt use it! Please contact me before the tournament to find out if your conversion or scratch-built piece is acceptable. We dont want you showing up with something you cant use! Players come to this convention to play games and have fun. Please come to this tournament with the same mentality.
