Its the New Moon in Aquarius! On your mark, get set, revolt! It doesnt have to be a violent outer revolution, it can be in a peaceful, inner revolution having surprising external results. Most often, with these kinds of transits it is both so be aware. As we stay aware and master ourselves we no longer need to be controlled and mastered by the external authorities.
