(Dad) A couple years ago we had a major snow storm and lost power for a couple days. I decided to buy a small generator so that in the future we wouldnt have to go without heat or lights. Of course being the proactive type, I gased it up, tested it out and then put it away in the shop. One of my chores after work today was to fire it up and have it on standby just in case its needed. After pulling the cord about 25 times with no good results I figured Id be doing some work on it to get it running. While I was pulling it, Josh came into the shop. When I stopped he decided to give it a go. For the next few minutes he would pull it, then fiddle with the switches and buttons, then another few pulls and so on. After he repeated this 4 or 5 times, he stepped back, spit on his hands, rubbed them vigorously together, puffed out his chest and stepped back to the plate to continue his mission...on the third pull it came to life...we were both shocked...he had the biggest smile and was so proud of himself...I was proud to...and now I dont have to take it apart...we both win..
