Dad passed away in the early hours of the morning of the 23rd Dec - I slept on the floor by his bed for the last two weeks - mixed feelings as to why people suffer for so long but grateful to have been with him. I believe I learned so much in that interim of time of of asking God to just take him home and having to wait for what felt like a desparate length of time before Dad finallt went home. The timing of waiting and hanging (literally) on his every breath seemed so cruel but I have to hold on to, and do faithfully believe that in every second, minute and hour that I was not on my own. I may not understand the timing, the unspoken words, but I do believe Dads gone home and at the end of the day thats all that really m$ayyers. Thnkl you Lord for your faithulness.
