Dads. Weve all got one, or had one. This video is for them. Or rather, to help us remember our dads with fondness. On their special day, theyve earned that fondness. Ya know what? I didnt come with a manual. My dad (and Mom) didnt know what to do with me. But they tried their best. Hell, they were poor 20-somethings having a baby. And then another! They gave my sis and I life, and in return I made their lives more difficult. I was a handful, and sometimes much, much worse. Dad & Mom never fundamentally gave up on me, even tho they didnt always support my choices. Still, they loved, and still love. This week is for Dad... Sorry for all I put you thru, old man. I learned lessons the hard way, and I know it hurt you and Mom to see me go thru those things. Thanks for always being there when I needed you - even if I showed you I was pissed that I needed you. You handled me the best you could, and modeled some great and honorable values which live on in me. And you and I (and Mom), well, we still love each-other. Always. (This goes for Mom too.)
