Dah kali ke 5 saya jumpa Puan X dalam ward Female Medical. Setiap kali pun, sama je complaint nya. Shortness of breath. 5 pillows orthopnoea. Non-compliance to fluid restriction. Non-compliance to medications. I felt so frustrated. But I can not vent to her my frustration. One day her heart is going to fail her. Making her see that is my job. Yes, you can be frustrated with your job. But you have to keep on fighting for people to see the truth.
