Daily CW10 Spot for 1/31/14 Hey Gang, from now until we get too busy or forget (whichever comes first) us at the CW10 will post some daily thoughts/news items/musings. TONIGHT ON 10 7pm ALL NEW CARRIE DIARIES (SEASON FINALE) A BUMP IN THE ROAD — Things grow increasingly tense between Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) and Tom (Matt Letscher). When Larissa (Freema Agyeman) drops an unexpected bomb on Carrie, Sebastian (Austin Butler) decides he, too, needs to come clean about something. Maggie (Katie Findlay) turns to Walt (Brendan Dooling) when she thinks Pete (guest star Claybourne Elder) is cheating on her, but gets the surprise of her life. Mouse (Ellen Wong) and West (guest star RJ Brown) find themselves in a sticky situation. Elsewhere, Samantha considers leaving the city, and Larissa’s wedding to Harlan (guest star Scott Cohen) is out of this world. 8pm SUPERNATURAL GARTH RETURNS — After finding out that Garth (guest star DJ Qualls) is in the hospital, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) go to check on him. Still carrying the guilt over Kevin, Dean lays into Garth about disappearing and demands to know where he’s been. Garth makes an excuse and then hightails it away from the guys. Confused as to why Garth would run from them, Sam and Dean do some investigating and are stunned by what they find. - Tweets of the Day! ALL HART OF DIXIE KEEPING IT HONEST — Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Joel (guest star Josh Cooke) finally buy a house, but soon realize neither of them make enough money to fix up the place. Brick (Tim Matheson) agrees to help Zoe out but only if she can get the townspeople to lose 500 pounds collectively for Health and Wellness Month. Joel is struggling with his novel and decides to follow Wade (Wilson Bethel) around for research, but when Wade leaves Joel to alone to run the bar, Joel finds himself in some trouble. Meanwhile, AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) struggles to mask her feelings by throwing a last-minute bachelorette party for a friend. ALL BEAUTY AND THE BEAST WHEN J.T. GETS KIDNAPPED, IT ENDS IN DISASTER — Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) must work together to save J.T. (Austin Basis) when he gets kidnapped, while Tori (guest star Amber Skye Noyes) attempts to intervene, with fatal consequences. Meanwhile, a stranger (guest star Tom Everett Scott) from FBI Agent Dana Landons (guest star Elisabeth Rohm) past is rescued along with J.T., and might have some insight about Vincent’s beastly past. - Here’s a couple of the pilots that CW’s looking at for next season: THE FLASH – A spinoff of “Arrow” starring Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, an assistant police forensics investigator gifted with super speed. SUPERNATURAL: TRIBES – An offshoot of “Supernatural” that explores the clashing hunter and monster cultures of Chicago. - V-Day and One Billion Rising Helena will be celebrating survivors of violence on February 14th with every country in the world. V-Day’s mission is to end violence against women and girls. Helena events include: 12:00: A “flashmob” and speakers on the Capitol steps 7-9 pm: a FREE international dance performance. This Haunted History Murder Mystery has been written specifically for the YWCA of Helena and features ghosts of our past including Dr. Maria Dean and Frieda Fliegelman. One of today’s well-known Helena citizens will be murdered – but which ghost did it? Tickets are $100 and must be purchased in advance by calling the YWCA at 442-8774. All proceeds will benefit the historic building renovation. - March 6, 12:00 – 1:00 at the Great Northern Hotel: Annual Salute To Women Luncheon: This special Awards Luncheon honors Helena women whose public actions and personal triumphs demonstrate a commitment to the YWCA and Soroptimists’ missions. All proceeds benefit the YWCA’s programs and the Soroptimist’s scholarships. - Florence Crittenton Home will hold their annual Paint the Town Pink event on Saturday, February 1, 2014.
