Thus, we are currently in the extreme waning time-period of the solar-lunar cycle and then at 4:23PM the Sun and Moon will merge at 11 degrees of Sagittarius. In the hours before that official New Moon moment, your main goals should be to finish odds and ends from the past four weeks in order to wipe the slate clean for upcoming, exciting plans that can manifest during the month ahead. Creating some commotion -- particularly on the social front and in the area of primary partnerships -- are a Mars-Uranus parallel (6:28AM) and a Sun-Jupiter contra-parallel (3:26PM). As a reminder -- for those of you who may be newcomers to this cosmic calendar -- parallel and contra-parallel aspects are calculated using the Celestial Equator as a great circle surrounding the Earth, rather than the Ecliptic which contains or marks out the twelve signs of the zodiac and their total of 360-degrees of space. Nevertheless, the parallel and contra-parallel alignments carry equal billing as star attractions -- just as though they might be conjunctions and/or oppositions in the zodiac.
