Daily Devotion July 31, 2013 When you say yes... When you say yes to God the enemy automatically says Nooooooooooo! Lol. So this is the 3rd reason to expect an attack from the enemy. This is satan’s biggest fear and threat so he pulls out the big guns on us. He may start with something subtle that he has tried before to distract you or throw you off. Here’s a hint… the devil is repetitive. If it worked for him in the past, he is going to try it out again. Notice his patterns and he will be easier to defeat. It could be: dating, more outings proposed by friends, a cold or other sickness, people coming out the woodworks specifically those who were difficult for you to walk away from. Or it could be a bigger I don’t know. But if you have recently gave God a yes: Yes I will quit doing this, yes I will walk in your will, yes I will walk away from that and into this, then know that an attack may come sooner or later. This is not to scare you into saying no, it is simply saying be prepared!
