Daily Devotion: Unmasking Impossibility Its impossible,” we say with a sigh. We cant see a way out and all choices lead to unpleasant results. We may be tempted to give up in despair in the face of what appears to be an impossible situation. What a change of perspective, then, is when we see that the impossible situation is actually an opportunity from God that has merely been brilliantly disguised. God wants us to look at our difficult situations as if we were attending a masquerade party, whereas, what we think is impossible and scary is merely an illusion. Like the moment of unmasking at a party, its time to reveal the true identity of the impossible situation: its an opportunity.
