Daily Devotional December 26--Josh McLemore Well here we are! Its the day after Christmas and all the presents are ours and our trees are looking bare and you may be thinking this is all over right? Nope! I truly believe that the Christmas story should be one that we think about over the course of the year. We should be ready to go and tell the world about this person called Jesus. Starting next week in the last three devotions we will talk about how we do that but for now let us just remember how God was willing to use a star, three wisemen, and a young couple to bring into the world and announce the savior of us all! How do we respond to that?! Bible Reading: so all will know, from the rising of the sun to its setting, that there is nothing apart from me. I am the Lord; there’s no other. I form light and create darkness, make prosperity and create doom; I am the Lord, who does all these things.--Isaiah 45:6-7 Discussion Questions: If God was willing to use an entire universe to announce Jesus birth, what can we do to tell people about Him? Prayer: Lord you are so big. We are so small but you invite to be a part of the greatest story ever told. We are humbled to be a part of it and we ask that you help us to tell the world about your son and the gift He has given us. AMEN
