Daily Dose of Gratitude: February 2nd, 2014: Im uber grateful for the legacy and work and life of Philip Seymour Hoffman, particularly given his sudden passing today. As the New York Times article below shares, Hoffman worked on over 50 films within less than 25 years(!) Whether he be Brandt the butler in The Big Lebowski, Truman Capote in Capote, Father Brendan Flynn in Doubt, or in any of his other roles, Hoffman exemplified uncanny diversity, diligence, and method in his acting.
