Daily Encounter (January 27) Positioned for Favour II Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. - Isaiah 60:15 Today’s Scripture Reading: Psalms 102:12-18 I believe God is set to bring an end to the days of rejection, disappointments and ill-fate in your life; by the mystery of His favour. The favour of God is a spiritual aroma around you that makes you an attraction. When you carry divine favour, you cannot be turned down. Beloved, one time of God’s kind of favour can last you a life time encounter. Just imagine yourself swimming in this favour. We learn from scriptures that wherever Joseph went to, the favour of God went with Him. He experienced the favour of God in His family, in Potiphar’s house and in the prison; it took Him from the pit all the way to the Palace. Divine favour is different from mans type of favour. Because when a human being favours you, they will always hope to get it from you later on in one way or the other. Beloved, to experience divine favour, you must be far from sin because sin will dislodge you from the favour of God. Joseph and Daniel feared God and chose not to defile themselves; they experienced constant favour as a result. I personally also enjoy the favour of God in my life and ministry. Wherever I go, people just love me and chose to be good to me. By this favour, I get blessed at strange places and strange times. You can provoke the favour of God through your prayers. The psalmist teaches us how to pray for favour in Psalms 86:17. You can pray that God will remember you for good and cause your steps to be divinely ordered. You can pray that He will turn the heart of kings for your sake. Wherever you have been rejected before now, you shall be accepted in Jesus Name. Todays Prayer: Pray that God will shine His favour upon you that will bring an end to every form of struggle. Prophetic Blessing: I come against disappointments and rejection in your life.
