Daily, I will be posting on ministerial nuggets serving as discipleship manual for ministers, especially the youth ministers/preachers. I will do this as per the revelation the Holy Ghost is teaching me. God willingly, by Grace, I will also write full manuals and post them as notes on my timeline. It is important to be insightful in your calling and circle of influence. May God bless you, and locate you by the power of the Holy Ghost. The right knowledge of God settles peace. Today we start off with the first ministerial nugget 1. Ministerial Nugget #1: KNOW YOUR CAPACITY As a minister, it is important to know how much you can bear- how much can you take in, and how much can you take out. Many ministers end up ineffective and unproductive in their assignments because of unnecessary dosages of ministerial work. And as a result, you end up being irrelevant. As a minister, you can not deliver beyond what you have inside you- YOU CANNOT GROW BEYOND THE LEVEL OF YOUR REVELATION. Understand your gracing, and your uniqueness in Christ, then you will be fruitful in your divine assignment. This will also help you AVOID burning out (stress and health complications), due to the workload. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, it is important to know your capacity, so that you do not find yourself IMITATING others, and NOT to find yourself operating in the WRONG assignment. God called you to be ORIGINAL, avoid being a COPY. Know your percentage. Be the I AM that the I AM has made you and called you to be. N.B: IT IS NOT WRONG TO LOOK UP TO OTHER INFLUENTIAL MINISTERS, LIKE YOUR SPIRITUAL FATHER AND MENTORS. IMITATE THEIR FAITH, BUT RUN YOUR OWN RACE, NOT THIERS. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
