Daily Meditation to Access New Potential: 1. Spend time in a preparatory meditation going deep into silence, just to get to know the feeling or sight of your box (which is just a useful toy to achieve communication with that which lies outside of life’s accessibility). Once you are able to call up your box in meditation, proceed as follows. 2. Imagine the box lid opening as you go into deep meditation. Inside is a projector that projects a scene for you to look at. Write it down. 3. Go back into meditation and wait for a second scene. Write it down. Continue in this way until the images stop. Come out of meditation. 4. Try to recall the feelings and any additional background impressions of the scenes to flesh them out and make them more complete. 5. Try and connect as many of these short scenes into a story or several little pieces of a story. You can make up small connective links. 6. Do this daily and the stories will become more coherent. They may however stay unlike the logic-based, cerebral stories we are used to. If you have not been able to connect the scenes, this is still successful. It is not in connecting the dots of the scenes that makes this technique successful, but in the non-cognitive knowingness that floods through (and reaches us at a deep level) between the images.
