Daily PT Three Sets, each for time of: 200m Run 15 x Sandbag Power Cleans (60-80#/30-40#) 25 x Plank Burpee Over-the-Bag 15 x Sandbag Power Cleans 200m Run Rest 10-12 min. Just The Tip Heres the deal. This workout may look relatively harmless. The goal however, is to go absolutely all out for each set. Record your time for each set. Give it all you got and empty the tank during each set. You should need the 10-12 minutes to recover. If you feel thats too much rest time, you probably didnt work hard enough. The objective is to be consistent each set with a standard deviation of no more than +10-30 seconds. This workout will show you your bodys ability to recover between sets. Dont sandbag each set in order to maintain consistency. Come out hot on the first set and let the chips fall as they may You may drop off from set to set, but thats better than going easy on the first set and cranking it up as you go.
