Daily Practice. Over reacting vs reacting. One of the rules of the law of attraction is do not react to life. What ever happens do not react. That seems like a good rule as long as you are awake to the situation. But the minute you become afraid, worried, upset about a situation you react. So the point of this exercise is to figure out how to not, over react. In your life you have triggers things that upset you. Things that you have dealt with before that caused you pain and worry. These things are right below the surface waiting to explode, waiting for the next shoe to fall. Be aware of what you are afraid of. Lets be prepared the next time something bad happens. Here are ten things to remember when you are faced with a problem that triggers your fear button. 1. Take two steps back and breathe. Tell yourself not to react, to wait and see what really happens. Breathe. 2. Know that whatever happens it will be okay. Either way. 3. Know that you do not have to control every situation. That a higher power can handle it. 4. Do not fall into the story of what could happen. 5. Tell the story no. say I am not going to go down that path. 6. Do something different to distract yourself. 7. Tell yourself; right now, in this moment everything is okay. I will live in this moment until I know what is really happening. 8. Know that you can handle it. That you are capable. That you are strong and competent. 9. Believe in you. Know that you are okay no matter what. 10. Feel the connection to the divine. Know that you are connected. Know that you are not alone.
