Daily Routine Edit December 2, 2013 Temperature is on my Sidechristmas_wreath.jpg Today’s daily walk was very comfortable. Temperature was very cooperative, it was about 35 degrees. A bit cloudy, but a very good walk. It seems like I took a week off from my daily routine, during the Thanksgiving weekend. I did walk last week but I skipped a few days. I don’t cook very often, but I do cook for Thanksgiving. My daily walk took a back seat, for a couple of days. I may not have gone for my walks, but I can guess that I did more walking getting the cooking done and setting up for the family feast. Time was not wasted! Being a cook for one day is exhausting and it is not my best comfort zone. There is a lot of wasted energy. I should have put my pedometer on to see my mileage. I did walk on Friday, the day after the turkey feast. The walk was good and gave me that little boost to remind me of my daily routine.Today is Cyber Monday, according to the news and the papers, but for me was getting back to my daily walk. My health is more important than cyber Monday. Black Friday Black Friday is a gimmick in my opinion. It is set up for retailers to make a lot of money in a very short time. It seems to me that each retailer is offering one or two items at a discount. The rest of the items have no discounts or might be a little bit more expensive. Granted this is one man’s opinion, and it is only an opinion, no facts just an observation. I am not sure what Thanksgiving day’s retail catch phrase is or will be. What I have heard is black Friday sales were down, but sales for the whole weekend were up and the numbers out sold last year. Christmas has lost!christmas_nativity.jpg People have lost the meaning of Christmas. It has become a day for getting something. Christmas is a time to give not to receive. It is a time to share with family, and to share with those less fortunate. People need to remember that Christmas is a religious day. We need to celebrate the real meaning of Christmas. Once you have celebrated the true meaning of Christmas, then you can look and celebrate the holiday. You can even look to improve yourself, and your family. After you celebrate Christmas, then you can take a look at other things that can help you succeed. Go to this link, and send me your name and a valid email address, go to ibourl/1zvm
