Daily Update: Guess who is getting a ride out of Mexico; Paulie, our little Chihuahua - dachshund mix who was dumped at Marcelino’s door. Marcelino has worked with Isla Animals for over ten years and islanders often go to him with problems. He’s great with the dogs and has learned a lot from taking care of the thousands of animals that have come and gone through the rescue. It has taken Paulie a while to get his health back but he’s ready to go and such a handsome guy. I love those under-bites. We have a clinic planned for November 17 -22 for any of you who would like to help. We’re not sure where it will be yet but we hope to make it an expo like last time, with bath stations, clipping for the poor knotted furry types, tick and flea meds, de-wormer, education and hopefully vaccinations at half price or no cost. islaanimals.org/help/donate-animal-rescue-isla-animals
