Daily Word: Go to Him when you are weak and weary. Rest snugly in His everlasting arms. Your weakness draws Him closer to you, because it stirs up His compassion - His yearning to help. He understands how difficult your journey has been. Do not compare yourself with others, who seem to skip along their life-paths with ease. Their journey has been different than yours. Your fragility provides opportunities for your spirit to blossom in His Presence. Rather than struggling to disguise or deny your weakness, allow Him to bless you richly through it. Isaiah 42:3. Romans 8:26 Learn to enjoy life more. Relax, remember He is God with you. He crafted you with enormous ability to know Him and enjoy His Presence. When you wear a sour face and walk with resigned rigidity, He is displeased. When you walk through the day with childlike delight, savoring every blessing, you proclaim your trust in Him, your ever present Shepherd. The more you focus on His Presence with you, the more fully you can enjoy like. Glorify Him through your pleasure in Him. Thus you proclaim His Presence to the watching world.
