Daily gratitudes: 1:having plenty of warm clothes for the approaching winter 2:my brother coming to visit for a few days at the end of the month, him being able to take my class, and us getting to spend a few days together with our mom as a family. 3:this green smoothie recipe I adapted from a favorite beverages ingredients label (Juice Core microjuicery products): One raw handful of each: Kale, spinach, green apple, parsley, cucumber, celery 1/2-1 lemon 1-2 tbsp chia seeds A large pinch of ground ginger, cayenne pepper 2-4 cups of water (Optional) additional 1 cup of apple juice or coconut water, any whole juice would work okay To prepare: - BLEND. IT. UP. - Drink until gone (makes about 5-6 cups) - Feel awesome. - Repeat as tomorrow becomes today. Provides several servings of raw veggies and beneficial spices quickly and in a pretty tasty way. Easy meets tasty meets effective and efficient nutrient delivery. A daily practice of gratitude.
