#DailyVictoryDevotional SUNDAY AUGUST 03 2014. TOPIC: MORE THAN A CONQUEROR GOLDEN SCRIPTURE: Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us - Romans 8:37. It is important that every child of God come to terms with the stuff he or she is made of. In Christ Jesus, we have all it takes to conquer all negative forces and circumstances. Reading from verse 35 to 36, we see Paul making a list of possible adversities that might come our way, and he leaves no room for defeat or failure. This means that the new creation in Christ is an impossible task for the enemy. He is indestructible; he is designed to achieve hundred percent victories over the enemy anytime, anywhere. “Now thanks be unto God who always causeth us to triumph in Christ and maketh manifest the savour of his word in every place” 2 cor.2:14. So places and circumstances notwithstanding, you are guaranteed to conquer. The reason is because you possess His seed and life. You live in Him and He lives in you, working out his purpose in your life through His spirit. You are born of God so conquest is your heritage in Christ. You are more than a conqueror. You are an equation the devil cannot solve. PRAYER: Lord, I thank you for making me more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. BIBLE IN ONE YEAR PLAN: Psalms 66 – 67, Romans 7.
