In the mornings my arms feel like theyre on fire, really heavy, and my whole top half feels like Im walking around wearing wet, heavy clothes. I get dizzy, cluster headaches, bad headaches and also these funny pains that feel like Im being stabbed in the head. My feet are constantly cold, numb, tingly and painful, quite often the big toes feel like theyre made of ice. Im constantly tired. Sleep isnt great unless I time getting to bed right. But by far the worst is my hands - numb, so painful in cold weather, then feel like theyre on fire when I try to warm them, or get feeling in them. Hands definitely the worst out of all of it. Yet still no solid answer - dr going down heart/circulation route and Im having an MRI on my heart. Makes me feel so down.
