Dalian metro #4 neighborhood 12-11-2014: youtu.be/vgrufiYuMdU I had an interview near the Dalian metro #4 stop. I would get there and recognized part of the neighborhood with some of the other schools that I have taught at. The neighborhood next to the metro was in the process of demolition. I walked past and went to the school for my interview. I had a couple kids latch onto my leg as I was leaving. (Yet the next day they said the kids were afraid of me and I wasnt that exciting during the demo... So singing and dancing with them isnt that exciting? ) I headed back and stopped off at the neighborhood being demolished. I would wander through and took some pictures. I got a little freaked with a grandfather that was scrounging stuck his head out of an almost demolished building. I freaked him out too. He would get stuck up there when the stairs collapse. Another grandfather that I had met a little earlier that was also scrounging for recyclable items helped the other grandfather down. I would almost have the same issue but luckily I had tested the stairwell before heading up and noticed it was unreliable.. I did roam around some of the other apartments and buildings.
