Dam Kabab and a differnt style Bosnian ruti .. Alhamdulillah both were superhit !! :D This Dam kabab is a speciality of Hyderabadi cuisine , wanted to maintain the authentic way . You can shape it in a form of meatloaf and name Subcontinent style Kabab Loaf .. :P :D The ruti is kind of Bosnian roti we make in Bangladesh .. But instead of yeast , I leavened it with baking soda and baking powder for 2 hours in a closed lid box . Then rolled it out and fried like puri .. so soft !!!
