Damn, still feeling it from yesterdays morning session. Trained with the guys. 146 x of each strict chin ups - chin over the bar strict straight leg raises - toes to bar Leg assisted chin ups Incline push ups Decline push ups Fence jumps Deep squats Frogs = ouch! The format: starting from 1 rep of every exercise and increasing 1 rep each round until 16 is reached. Some of the others reached 11 & 12, which was no easy feat. Well done :-)
