Damn, this is a tough one. I see what shes saying. The African in our culture was not passed down to us from our parents (in many, not all cases). That part of our history is lost on us. Honestly, its lost on at least 3 generations of our people. The true history of our heritage was improperly documented so we dont know that we came from slaves in the old county. Oh wait, yall didnt know that? Yall really thought you all came from actual Kings and Queens? No, no, no. They sold our people and slaved them way before the White man did. #TodaysLesson
