As I said, John Boehner or somebody from the GOP, or the Libertarians, should have previously arranged a separate press conference to offer a respectful and honest counter-point. That would at least allow people the opportunity to hear both sides of the argument, glean some facts, and setup the means by which they could compare and contrast the arguments to reach a conclusion according to their own principles and level of common-sense. For the leadership on the other side to sit silently by while the president of the United States fabricates and delivers a montage of oppressive bull-crap is simply inexcusable.
