Dan Edwards, 24, was job hunting after graduating from Glyndwr University in Wrexham with an ambition to work in childcare. Although he had the relevant qualifications, without any experience it was difficult for him to find a job. But he managed to secure a Job Growth Wales six-month job opportunity at Saplings Nursery in Wrexham through Cambrian Training, which is set to lead to a full-time nursery nurse role.
