Danapani Mohanty is rotting in R Udayagiri jail since Feb 8, 2013 and d state police hv implicated him in 19 cases in phases. Strangely his lawyer Upendra Nayak, who is defending him in d court of law, in Gajapati district, is also a co-accused in 7 cases. Also, other advocates assisting Upendra Nayak are also shown co-accused with him. They r advocate Santosh Mohapatra (8 cases) & Advocate Basanta Panda (7 cases). Matter does not stop there. Comrade Bhalachandra Sadangi, a CP-ML-New Democracy activist is a co-accused in 6 cases along with Dandapani Mohanty. And Prafulla Samantray of Loka Shakti Abhijan, a democrat & Lohiaite is also a co-accused in 2 cases with Dandapani Mohanty.
