Dancehall Artist tattoo and pierce his eyes Dancehall has found itself in a very questionable position these days that brings one to wonder if it is the end of days for the once great culture. One might say the music form has lost it’s culture with all of the slackness that has been going on. The recent most controversial artist, Alkaline, who tattooed his eyes black is now getting a run for his money from upcoming artist Check Dhat. Check Dhat who hails from Spanish Town has taken it a step further by not only tattooing his eyes but also doing multiple piercings over both his eyes to make them seem as if they are behind metal bars. What is this saying about the dancehall industry? Is this the sort of thing that the music is resorting to? Where are the veterans?
