Dando Dance is looking for new people to join the team!!! Who qualify? 1. ...at least 1-2 years of social dancing group classes experience, want to expand their dance skills, coach-able, willing to work hard to improve. 2. ...Ready to Commit to team: group practice times, individual practice times, Performances in Retirement homes, city festivals and city dance events, (optional) International trips ( to congresses), 3. ...want to become part of the Dando family (group hanging out together time at non dance events to strengthen our connection :)) 4. No age, shape, height restriction. Joining the team it is also a financial commitment: u are looking at: a.covering costume expenses ( 1 costume/per routine a year -about $100-150/per costume, b. Training classes/learning choreo ( $84-126 a month depends on length of the class1hr or 1,5hr...4 week courses) c. Teams practice gear: team t-shirt or tank top $20-30, team jacket up to $100, proper dance shoes $100-200 ( ladies dark tan color Latin shoes), dance pants for guys $200( one pair used for many years of performance) d. passes for events we are performing at ( except Retirement homes) e. traveling expenses (e.g. International events/ out of town events ) f. practice fees at various studios,($5-10 per practice) Expo Studio Tuesday, Thursday 9-10pm -$5 Alberta Dancesport 6-7 pm Fri - $5 other studios charge $7-12 per practice
