It is imperative to have verifiable facts as the basis for our opinions and conclusions. A headline is not a fact, look deeper, no matter what the subject matter is. Our world is overflowing with disinformation from all directions, we must all be objective and discerning. The attached article points out the massive division in our ranks, I hope all will consider prism they are viewing the world through, is the lens clear? As a result, installation planners may believe that climate change adaptation projects are unlikely to successfully compete with other military construction projects for funding, the report says. So what exactly is this climate change adaptation project? I wonder if it has anything to do with HAARP (because, after all, HAARPs supposedly the leaders of geoengineering / manipulating weather)
