Dane is a beautiful 11 year old thoroughbred gelding, standing at 17.3hh. Sire: Danehill Dam: Regina Madre Dane truly is a rare find. Built like a Warmblood, with a temperament to die for, Dane has the potential to exceed in any discipline. In the dressage ring Dane truly is a stand out. With consistent scores above 65% in prelim and novice, as well as our consistent placing at events, this boy is perfect for anyone wanting to go to the top in dressage. Currently schooling walk pirouettes, leg yield, walk to canter, canter to walk and shoulder in, Dane is on track to be competing at Grand Prix level in the next few years. As well as his outstanding dressage ability, Dane is a bold, safe show jumper. Having previously trained with top show jumpers, Dane has the temperament and ability to make a safe pcaq or efa show jumping mount. As I am not a jumper I havent done much with him, however we have jumped up to 1.20 (as pictured) and he was cool, calm and collected, even whilst I was a nervous wreck. He maintains a lovely pace around the course, and has never refused. Dane is a true gentleman both on the ground and under saddle. He can be ridden by experienced riders and pure beginners. He has never bolted, reared, bucked or pig rooted, and always puts in 100%. For dressage, Dane is ridden in a super soft thick, hollow bit, and he wears a snaffle for jumping
