Dang, totally busted! When I had my motorcycle shop my mechanics used to get TICKED at me. Id test ride the bike first, then they would work on it and test ride it and Id go test ride it again. Some would be like WHATS WRONG DONT YOU TRUST ME! and my reply was always the same... MY NAME IS ON IT! If you forgot to pump up the brakes, or tighten something, whos going to get sued, me or you? SO I WILL TEST RIDE EVERY BIKE THAT COMES IN AND GOES OUT! ~~~ Then mechanics would do a shortcut (still a good job just a quicker way to do something) and they wanted me to still charge the quoted time - uhh-uhh we charge for the labor we did! That ticked some of them off too. But again... my name was on it! JIFFY LUBE got totally busted in this report!
