These are my thoughts, please share yours. 1 This was a degree given by the king, this was an official statement made, today we see presidents giving statements and people tuning in and it is what people are talking about, this would have been the same, people would have listened to the king and talked about what he said afterwards. 2 This makes many think he was of the faith but he knew God’s power believed in God’s power but continued in his own ways. Satan knows God has power and when God is doing something Satan will often get out of the way to avoid being defeated. 3 Satan will not give God any credit but those of the world often do this and deceive their selves, this is a trick of Satan, to make people think they are God’s but are not.
