Danielle asked, We are really struggling with the behavior of our 13-year-old. He puts up such a fight when it comes to school. Hes challenged with ADHD and is very strong willed. He HATES writing, he hates work that actually requires effort to be made. We had him on Time4Learning, but his grades were not good. He was doing the activities just to get then done and didnt care if he did well or not. We are now doing a few curriculums combined, but he is refusing to do anything. Yesterday was awful, screaming and yelling, telling me everything is just unfair. All he wants to do is be on the computer ,but even then he is sneaking around not completing his work. Anyone else go through this? Any advice? He is one of five homeschooled children in our house. Most are independent learners, except for my youngest. I know public school is not the right place for him, but I am not sure we have any other option if he continues to refuse to do what we ask.
