A full podcast of him talking about subjects such as losing your mind to connect to your heart via talking about the things you least want to talk about to the people that matter the most. Heres a recent comment from our friend Rachel Waterfill, Awesome, Danimal! I listened to this during my run this morning. It was a great 45 minute discussion of the main tenets of the RawBrahs and I want to share this with people who dont quite understand what/who Ive gotten involved with. Admittedly, I felt weird listening to a channel called Alpha Male Club being a girl. I feel compelled to go put on the most girly outfit (or mom clothes T-Mango RawBrah) I can find to balance myself out. Regardless, a job well done! Much love.
