I stopped and asked if they hit the cable. They said they hit something and theyre waiting for a supervisor. I called time warner to report it and the jackass keeps trying to explain I dont see an outage in your area. Please power cycle your box. I explained I had done that twice already. He had me do it again... I tell him once more that its not my modem. Its an outage. All he keeps saying is that there is no outage. He then says hes dispatched a tech to come look. I assume he meant to look at the hole in the ground to repair what they hit while digging. No... he says a tech will be here tomorrow to replace my box. How do these idiots get hired? PLEASE transfer me to someone who isnt in india and isnt a complete and total waste of my time... sorry la grange. You will be interwebless until tomorrow when they finally realize there is an outage...
