Danville native, Nell Jefferson Fredericksen, will present a program on the birds of Bolivia this Thursday, October 9th at 7 PM at Raywood Landscape Center on James Rd. She and her husband worked in Bolivia for 6 years, where she studied the effects of logging on the countrys wildlife. They have traveled South America taking pictures of birds in particular! Please come and support Nell and the Southside Bird Club as she presents The Cultural, Geogrphic and Avian Diversity of Bolivia. The meeting is free and open to the public. Bring a chair just in case! Birds are migrating through now with our winter birds heading this way soon!
