Dara Ponesse does the Strength Circuit on Mondays after Snatches. This classic version is Shrug Deadlift 109x3, Front Squat 80x3, Push Press 75x3. Dara was unable to either Front Squat or Back Squat productively when she first began training. With some general strength work, and then some VERY hard work on Zercher Squats, she can now do both Front and Back Squats. She has Push Pressed more, but is just now learning to push from the rack position, versus holding the bar in her hands. New technique required a temporary drop in weight, but she is closing in on her old Push Press PR of 81x3.
