Dare I ask . . . What about the poor? There are stories about premiums being higher for health insurance plans in the health care exchanges. Why do people who can already afford to buy health insurance get to buy cheaper health insurance plans than poor people? Why cant the poor also buy cheaper health insurance plans? And, does the government have the authority to make an individual enter into a contract with a private business? Can the government tax an individual for a service provided by a private business -the government DOES NOT provide the service. Can the government make a person enter into a probe contract simply for being a living human being . . . For being born? This law seems to be operating on the principle of Separate but Equal . . . Except, there is NO Equality. Do Republicans and Democrats understand what it means for the law to apply to everyone equally? Do they know how to make just laws and policies? It doesnt seem like it, and the poor are getting F-ED. #ACA -------------------------- To the #NSA: The American public could always make their Congress restructure the Supreme Court . . .
