Dare to be the person that GOD has created you to be. If GOD had wanted you to be someone or something different HE would have created you to be someone or something different. I have seen old pieces of wood along the beach in North Carolina that have obviously been in the water for years. It is still a piece of wood. It did not change into a turtle. Can an African change skin? Can a leopard get rid of its spots? (Jeremiah 13:23, MSG) The first step to becoming a better you is to be what you are. Why couldnt I be Joshua or even Queen Esther? The answer is that GOD created me to be me. I am not an imitation. I am ME. I want to be ALL that GOD has created me to be. I do not want to be all that GOD created YOU to be. I am comfortable in my own skin. I enjoy reading about great people. They encourage me to be a better me. But, I am happy trying to make ME a better ME. why feignest thou thyself to be another?
