Darren is leaving the orphanage in about 12 hours to begin his trip home. We appreciate his dedication to the mission work there. We pray for his safe travels and recuperation at home. God has dealt abundantly with us this summer. When I thought of the numbers that would be traveling and staying for such a duration, it seemed probable that we would see a case of malaria. Some have had symptoms of illness after reaching home, but God has healed them all and we pray the same healing grace will cover Darren and keep him well. Michael will be returning to Kenya on September 29 for 3 weeks to help in the furnishing and moving into the new orphanage as well as organizing an Open House for the community to celebrate the opening of the new orphanage. Pray that we will find sponsors for the children to help in the day to day operations of the orphanage.
